Double Protein Bowl

Double protein bowl. Baked tofu, smoky chickpeas, ginger kale mix, rice, beet sauerkraut and peanut sauce. Got this idea from The Happy Pear. I sautéed the kale with garlic and ginger and the chickpeas with garlic and smoked paprika. Very good lunch!

My gosh! That totally looks like a $15 restaurant meal! And i love the happy pear, obviously they make fantastic food but something about their accent makes it more endearing
